Devotions2go works best with a paid subscription. You can subscribe directly in the app or from our website. Being a paid subscriber has the benefits of more comprehensive plans and the ability to save favorites. You can try the app with a free subscription with limited features as well. There are several free devotion plans, enough to give you a month’s free trial.

How do I get started?

Click on the link Sign Up at the top right of your screen.  Once you’ve signed up, click on Today’s Devotion in the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen.

How do I start a Devotion Plan?

You can start a plan by clicking on ‘Devotion Plans‘ from the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen. If you’re a paid subscriber, you have access to all plans (and future plans). If you’re a free subscriber, you can only access the plan that’s marked as free, First Steps.  Once on the ‘Devotions Plan’ page, you can read a summary of the plans, get more details about the plan, and start the plan.

How do I subscribe to D2go?

If you’re using a free account, you’ll know it by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link in the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen.  Once on this page, you’ll see the words “Free Subscriber” by the Current Subscription.  If you want to become a paid subscriber, click on the green ‘Upgrade Subscription’ button.  You’ll be able to subscribe on a weekly, monthly, semi-yearly, or yearly basis.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes.  You will automatically be billed until you cancel your subscription.

How do I unsubscribe?

Your subscription can be managed through your iTunes account. Click on this Article From Apple for more information.  If you’re confused about unsubscribing, just email us.  It’s easy and we’ll be glad to walk you through the steps.

How many new devotions does D2go produce each month?

It varies month to month. First, you have access to a full library of devotions. Then, our goal is to develop 10 to 20 new devotions a month. Some months we reach this goal. Other months we don’t. It depends on our income. We invest all the profits from D2go into new devotions. So the more profit, the more new devotions. :)

How do log into my account?

Go to the ‘My Account’ link in the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen, then enter your user name and password.

Can I access a devotion once I’m finished with it?

Yes, but you need to save it as a Favorite.  If you don’t, you won’t be able to access it again without going through the Plan, one devotion a day.

How do I mark a devotion as a Favorite?

When you’re on the Today’s Devotion page, click on the Add to Favorites icon in the upper right portion of the screen.

How do I find a devotion once I’ve marked it as a Favorite?

Click on the ‘My Favorites’ link in the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen.  You’ll see a list of your favorite devotions that you can play anytime.  If you want to delete a favorite, just click the red ‘Remove’ button to the right of the favorite.

How do I play the day’s devotion?

Click on the ‘Today’s Devotion’ page in the Member Account Access menu at the right of your screen.  Click on the ‘Play’ icon under “Listen To This Devotion” if you only want the audio of the devotion.  Click on the ‘Play’ icon under “Watch This Devotion” to watch a video version of the devotion.

How do I make the video picture larger?

There’s a control bar at the bottom of the video.  Click on the icon that’s located on the far right of the control bar.  This will enlarge your video.  Once enlarged, you can shrink the size by hitting the Esc button on your keyboard.

Why can’t I play more than one devotion a day?

You can always play your ‘Favorite’ devotions; however, if you don’t mark a devotion as a Favorite, you can only view the devotions on your current plan.  Of course, you can manually advance yourself to the next devotion.  To do this, touch the menu icon and choose “next devotion”

What should I do if my devotions don’t advance?

Sometimes devotions get stuck and won’t automatically advance. If this happens, simply touch the menu icon (top right) and choose “next devotion”.

What are the Bible verses on the ‘Today Devotion’ page?

Each day, we give you four different versions of the day’s Bible reading.  The four versions are Today’s New International Version (TNIV), the New Living Translation (NLT), the New American Standard Bible (NASB), and the Message (MSG).  You will see a tab for each of the translations under the heading “Scripture Reference” on the ‘Today’s Devotion’ page.

Why so many different Bible versions?

We wanted to give you choices.  We have two dynamic translations (TNIV & NLT), which translate the meaning and intent of phrases in the Bible.  We have one word-for-word translation (NASB), which focuses on translating the meaning of the individual words.  And we have one paraphrase version (MSG), which takes greater liberty in translation to help you better understand the content.

Where do I find the memory verse?

The memory verse is located at the bottom of the ‘Today’s Devotion’ page.
